Today, the term “self-oriented” is often used.
Self-orientation is said to be living and acting based on one’s own values and ideas.
However, in my dealings with many of my clients, I wonder how many of them know who they are. I wonder how many people know who they are.
What you like, what you dislike, what makes you feel comfortable, what makes you feel uncomfortable… I believe that it is these sensory things of the body and mind that create the axis of the self.
And I believe that being able to have a neat grasp of that sensory thing for myself is what will help me.
Because if you don’t know what you are feeling in your body and mind, what you can do well and what you can’t do well, you can’t do anything without knowing what you can and can’t do well. If you don’t know what works and what doesn’t, you will not be able to do anything to your fullest potential.
Many people may think that their power is a matter of how smart or athletic they are, but such things are a matter of the DNA they were born with, not their true power.
So I believe everyone has the power.
Because I believe that my power lies in being able to trust my own physical and mental senses and act on them.
