No matter how much I think about it, there is no answer, I know there isn’t one, but I think about it.
I suspect it is a human instinct to do something about a wounded heart.
But as I always write, the mind and thoughts are two different things.
It is human beings who cannot heal their minds with thoughts.
What, then, can heal a broken heart?
The answer is the body.
If you want to improve your state of mind, the best way to do so is to do something to improve your physical condition through physical exercise.
That is why we should not be shut in.
Today, with the Internet and video games, it is easy to stay indoors.
However, this causes brain fatigue and takes us further away from an environment where we can move around more than we should.
And time passes without any resolution to the feelings of fear of people.
So I shouldn’t withdraw when I’m having a hard time? You may think, “Well, then, why can’t I stay indoors when I’m having a hard time?
Just with a deadline. That’s what I’m talking about.
If you don’t make the deadline somewhere, your mind and thoughts will compete with each other before you know it, and your body will become more and more immobile.
