To those who are afraid of people, I wrote in (1), why is it not good to be afraid of people and stay back?
That is because thoughts run amok.
Thoughts are inherently good at having some kind of vision and thinking about how to get there, but when used in the way of calming emotions, they end up creating negative consequences.
When you get into trouble in a relationship, what did you do wrong? What did I do wrong? What should I have done then? It is easy to fall into a negative loop as a result.
Many people who are afraid of people tend to think that it is their fault rather than the other person’s fault, which makes it even more likely that they will fall into the mindset of being bad.
So the more people are afraid of people, the less time they have to think.
But if you are shut in, you are not busy.
People who have nothing to do, whether consciously or unconsciously, spend all day thinking, and they are unable to escape the negative loop of thinking, which in turn makes their situation and condition worse.
