They say that the mind and body are connected, and I often find that to be exactly true.
When inner heart healing is performed, depending on the content, the body often reacts.
When anxiety and fear are released through healing, some people feel heavy, tired, and some even sleepy.
This releases and loosens potential body tensions and tensions that were scared and hardened, making you sleepy, tired, and heavy.
Conversely, I also use inner heart healing to release the current state of physical discomfort.
This is because I believe that if there is some problem with the body, there is a problem with the mind (subconscious).
However, it is not a medical treatment that will always cure the body if it is released from physical discomfort.
Nevertheless, the healing process helps me to understand and accept the cause of my physical discomfort, so that the discomfort can be alleviated to some extent along with the change in my mind.
I am a patient type of person and I believe that my body will suffer from the disorder.
On the other hand, I believe that the type of person who has a strong body will have a poor mind.
Whenever stress or other strain is placed on the mind and body, you can think of it as an endurance contest to see who will be more patient. In other words, the mind and body are always holding an endurance contest to see who can endure more.
