I was listening to a customer complain about his job the other day, and I asked him what I could do to change that situation. We were talking about….
I believe that as long as you are working for hire somewhere, you have only two options to change your situation.
One is to change jobs. The other is to become a person who can be seen at a glance, whatever that may be.
It would be quickest if we could get a promotion, but the reality is that it is difficult to do so.
If your age allows you to change jobs and you have some skills, I would encourage you to change jobs.
However, if that is difficult, I believe that the only way is to change your existence into something valuable.
I believe that we cannot create our own self-worth, but we must strive to make those around us think we are valuable.
This is because to have one’s value recognized without doing anything is nothing more than a smug desire for approval.
It is fine to complain and live with the current situation, but I think it would be better to try to work harder for yourself to the point where you don’t have time to complain anyway.
You only live once.
If you make the effort for yourself, you will surely see results you never thought possible.
The reason I say this is because I know many people who have achieved results they never thought possible.
And this is because the knowledge acquired through hard work will feed you into the future.
