Heart Healing healing begins with a dialogue with yourself and the other person in your heart.
We do this with my support in what is often referred to as “self-dialogue” in coaching and meditation.
However, this self-dialogue will not be about self-doubt, but about going to the aid of the other self in the mind.
I use the term “another person in your mind,” but your mind-self is not really alone.
There are many different types of selves (laughing, angry, happy, crying, etc.) in the mind.
I hope you can think of the mind as the aggregate of these various selves.
Therefore, as we grow older, some of the various selves in our hearts grow with us, while others do not.
Also, as one encounters various people, the number of different types of oneself may increase, and I believe that this is what is called growth of the mind.
And important to life are the various thoughts and feelings of one’s own mind.
It would be good if there were many children whose thoughts and feelings were HAPPY, but unfortunately, if there are many of us who are angry, crying, lonely, etc., we are more likely to have many problems on our consciousness.
In order to resolve this problem, I do heart healing to help myself in my heart.
