In the spiritual world, the soul is referred to as Higher Self, the Great Being, etc.
This Higher Self (Great Being) is said to be a positive energy provider for us.
I wrote that the heart is part of the soul.
If so, why is it so difficult for positive energy to reach consciousness?
I believe this is because the mind is closer to the third dimension and the energy being called Higher Self is closer to the fifth dimension.
To put it plainly, there is Higher Self energy beneath the heart.
If that is the case, then the mind should also be inherently positive.
But it is not so.
As people are born and grow up, they experience a variety of things, and these experiences are engraved in their mental memories.
The memories that are imprinted in our minds from those daily experiences are piled up from our consciousness as new memories unless they are impressive.
Unfortunately, the experiences that people remember are not all positive.
Negative experiences are similarly piled up as memories.
And the negative experience will someday become a lid between the energy called Higher Self and your mind.
This is precisely the heartbreak (pond trash) I wrote about earlier.
