When the body is immobile, the human mind is dominated by thoughts and becomes even more negative.
So if you are going to stay back, you need a deadline.
It will be important to set a deadline for the withdrawal with a date by which you must leave.
This is because people’s wills are weak, and if nothing else, people try to postpone troublesome matters as much as possible.
And just like a hermit, you should do as little as possible: drink alcohol.
As I have written before, it may be okay to drink at least on days when you have a bad day, but if this becomes a habit, you will go from bad to worse.
People drink alcohol to forget bad things, but in fact, alcohol has the effect of adsorbing bad thoughts, so instead of forgetting, it makes people remember more and more easily.
So you find yourself drinking more and more because you drink more often and your drinking becomes stronger, and you drink more to forget, and as a result, the amount of alcohol you drink increases.
Drinking for fun is fine, but drinking to forget unpleasant things makes it easier to cause events that make people more and more afraid of themselves.
However, if drinking becomes a regular habit, you will create an increasingly bad situation, not even realizing that you are strangling yourself (creating a situation where you are afraid of people).
